Windows 11 Professional 64-bit, local install of Oracle 21c, no network
Trying to start Listener and I get this error:
Message 1053 not found; No message file for product=NETWORK, facility=TNSTNS-12557: Message 12557 not found; No message file for product=NETWORK, facility=TNS
TNS-12560: Message 12560 not found; No message file for product=NETWORK, facility=TNS
TNS-00527: Message 527 not found; No message file for product=NETWORK, facility=TNS
I have set environment variables as follows:
C:\>set ORACLE_HOME=C:\app\Oracle\product\21.0.0\network\
C:\>set PATH=%PATH%;%ORACLE_HOME%\bin
When I try to start the Listener as a service I get this message:
I don't know what to try next.
