ERROR ssl: nzos_Handshake failed, ret=29024

Hi Friends,

I installed the 10g agent on a server that has a 9i db . but not able to make it talk to OMS ( which seats on a 10g db in another server) . I am getting these errors on the 9i db server agent home

Just a FYI when I try to secure the agent

./emctl secure agent

Agent is already stopped... Done.
Securing agent... Started.

Requesting an Oracle Wallet and Agent Key from the OMS... Failed.
Invalid Agent Registration Password.
The Agent has not been secured.
