error: slcvs2ptr not found in Oracore9.dll

A customer just upgraded their Oracle installation from 9.0.x.x to 9.2.0.5, and now my previously-functioning VB.NET application reports this error on startup. Using MDAC 2.70

Anybody have a clue?
