Error : "silent" and "progress_only" flags are mutually exclusive

Hi everyone,

I have found this error during my fresh install GC10.2.0.5 on OEL5U3 -

I follow oracle document on "Installing 'Software-Only' and Configuring Later" topic

While I'm running the last step of install software only and configure later of Grid Control.

14. Configure Grid Control by running the ConfigureGC.pl script from the Oracle home directory of the OMS (for example, oms10g):

For UNIX Platforms:

$<ORACLE_HOME>/perl/bin/perl <OMS ORACLE HOME>/sysman/install/ConfigureGC.pl <INSTALL_BASE_DIRECTORY>

It will pop up window show *"silent" and "progress_only" flags are mutually exclusive both cannot be used at a time*

Do you have any experience on this? I can't find any workaround on both metalink and google.
