Hi all,
I have an attribute of type list mapped to hierarchical list (topics/products) of incident in Oracle Service Cloud and added as dropdown on the interview.
There is a particular value which exists in multiple instances in the hierarchical list. When I try to seed the value, the interview throws an error which reads ‘Invalid value’.
Is it possible to seed the data by id instead? or is there a workaround to seed the data by it's text value?
