Error saving instance settings

Hello!

After upgrading to APEX 24.2.3, when trying to update the instance settings (any info) we get this error:

Unable to save Instance settings.

ORA-20001: WWV_FLOW_ADMIN_API.SET_PROVISIONING_METHOD

This happens even if no changes were made on the Workspace Creation > Provisioning Method option (which is Manual by the way).

Can anyone confirm this?
