Error running the Script

hi,

I am trying to run a esscmd command on my laptop via cmd. I have the data file in my c drive and trying to import it using rulefile on essbase server.

**If i save the file on essbase server i am able to import it i think so i m not able to get wherein i should define the location of my datafile thats on my c drive???? Please help its urgent**

When i try to run it i get following error. Please let me know which step i m not getting right:
