Error reporting for TSM scheduled Oracle RMAN job on Windows

Hello,

I am interested in scheduling an Oracle RMAN job through TSM and to be able to report on the success of the RMAN job back to the scheduler. I would like to have any RMAN errors reported back to the scheduler so as to have a single source for monitoring the whole job process rather than having to go retrieve the status from different components and then to have to map the results together. What is in p now is: The TSM server 5.5 The Oracle TDPO on a Windows server Oracle 10g running on the windows server Does anyone have suggestions on best practices for monitoring database backups given this environment?
