Error plugging "FOS - Drag and Drop" version APEX 23.1.2

Hello friends,

After updating the version 23.1.2 of APEX my pages that use the plugging "FOS - Drag and Drop" stopped working. Displays the following error message in the browser console "Uncaught ReferenceError: Draggable is not defined".

Does anyone know how I can solve the problem?
