Error PLS-00201

Hi,
I try to export DDL table schema from SQL developer. I click on table name, choose Export DDL -> Save to File. But when I put file name and save it, I've got this error:
PLS-00201: identifier 'DBMS_METADATA.SESSION_TRANSFORM' must be declared
Who knows when I must declare this parameter??
