Error 'PDE-PER001 Internal error (deplu 3)' when compiling form

Hi,

I'm using forms 6i. When I try to compile my form I sometimes get the following error message: PDE-PER001 Internal error (deplu 3) followed by the error PDE-PER001 Internal error (deplu 15)
What does it mean and how can I solve it?
