Error:OUI-10133:Invalid stageing area. there are no top level components

I am installing Oracle10g(10.2.0) on a OEL5.0 system. When I start the "./runInstaller" and I get an error message:"OUI-10133:Invalid stageing area. there are no top level components for Linux available for installation in this staging area."
I have maken this kind of installation many time so far. I check all the steps this time and find no mistakes.
Dear all: have you even meet this kind of error and could you help me?
