Error : ORA-29278: SMTP transient error: 421 Service not available

Hi All,

I am trying to use Email activity in the process flows.
I am getting the following error.

"ORA-20000: Failed to send mail due to the following error: ORA-29278: SMTP transient error: 421 Service not available
ORA-29278: SMTP transient error: 421 Service not available
ORA-06512: at line 30"

But the completion status is "completed successfully".
In the SMTP server, I saw that, message is coming but the message body is not coming.

Could anyone help me in this.
