Error Ora-28

Hello All,

Greetings !

I do not have OEM installed but still when i see for adrci show alert command i see many entries in output as:

"opiodr aborting process unknown ospid (10249) as a result of ORA-28"

I am not able to able to diagnose where and what exactly the problem is ?

please guide.
