I have an apex approval hierarchy i sent a request a received it when i click on approved button my task definition is not woring and gives an error (Ajax call returned server error ORA-20987: APEX - The execution of task action failed - the task is set to errored state, please check the task action code for Execute Server-Side Code. )
when i run task query through sql its working fine can any one guide me what is the issue
