error ORA-12801,ORA-04030,ORA-06512 encountering whenever rerunning failed jobs on a DB

Hi DBAs,

The below error encountering whenever running the failed jobs as ritu@zeus

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P025, instance lrac01:PRODDS1 (1)

ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 1052696 bytes (kxs-heap-w,kllcqgf:kllsltba)

ORA-06512: at line 6

DB environment:

Production

Oracle 10.2.0.5
