Error ORA-12801

Hello All,

Users are running cube in Oracle 11gR2 database and it is failing with the following error :

ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P175 ORA-00018: maximum number of sessions exceeded ." Source="Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Analysis Services" HelpFile="" . Error ErrorCode="3240034317" Description="Errors in the OLAP storage engine: An error occurred while the 'Base Product Line Description' attribute of the 'Product' dimension f

I have increased the session parameter. Just after the increase also it failed and the V$resource_limit values keep on changing frequently

At one time, it is as below :

If I rerun the query after few minutes, it is different. For eg. as below:

Please advise.
