I THINK THIS FAMOUS ERROR MESSAGE , SO I TRY TO CONFIGURE THE "NET CONFIGURATION ASSISTANT" BUT WHEN I DO TEST SETTING I GET ERROR MESSAGE "ORA-12541: TNS"
