ERROR: ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

Oracle Database 11.1.0.7

Hi,

When connecting to a database on aix through sqlplus, I am getting error

ERROR: ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

I have checked the listener status

the listener.ora entry is shown below

Please advise why erro roccurs. The service name on db is PMTG.
