Error: ORA 12170: TNS: Connection Timeout occurred

Hi,

I am new to OBIEE.

I get an error "Unable to connect database using connection pool 'Connection Pool'" when i try to connect to the connection pool in rpd. Then i checked my ODBC driver configuration. It throws an error "ORA 17120: TNS: Connection Timeout occurred".

I have 10g installed in my system.

Could anyone please help me to solve the problem
