ERROR: ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

(WE HAVE TO INSTANCE ONE FOR UAT AND ANOTHER ONE FOR DEV)

We have two database DEV and UAT ,
When I run the small query in UAT it was failing with the below error

( the same query is successfully running in DEV another instance)

Any init parameter has to be changed to over the below error.

ERROR:
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

ERROR:
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
ERROR:
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
ERROR:
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
ERROR:
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
ERROR:
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
ERROR:
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
SP2-0359: memory exhausted
