Error ORA-01722: invalid number when pressing edit link in report

i used apex 4.1,oracle database 10.3,theme 21(scarlet) ,window7

i create page with forms and report and i not change any setting in page (default) where the report show all date and when pressing edit link in some data to go forms page the

error ORA-01722: invalid number appear and i can't know what the problem , i get this error in some of data when pressing edit link and other data open forms page normally

the strange in these problem some time some data when pressing edit link open forms page normally and after while give me the error .
