Error ORA-01460 in SQL Developer 4.1.0.18 Build Main 18.37

Hello,

I am currently keep getting the error ORA-01460 as below when expand tree to view table/view/index/ by clicking on the plus sign.

I can not view any table/view structure from the tree view, instead I have to do "desc table_name" to in order to view it.

But if I go back to a previous version like 4.0.x then I can view any table/view/index.
