ERROR - ORA-01034: ORACLE not available ORA-27101: shared memory realm does

Ok a little background. I'm running Windows 2003 with oracle 10g installed. I have 10 machines with 40gig hd and 2gig ram with 2.0ghz cpu. I installed everything setup the database and accounts then cloned the hard drive to the other 10 booted them up and changed the computer name and static IP. 5 of the machines work no problems signing into sqlplus. The other 5 get the ERROR - ORA-01034: ORACLE not available ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist error. I looked into it some more and found the oracle console service isn't running and when trying to start it manually get error stating unable to start and something about service error 2.

This is for a University class. As the Lab admin I don't know much about oracle at all, just setup the systems for the professors to use. My professor and I haven't been able to figure this out. Looking online I found a lot about this error but mostly with unix systems. I have also found many different fixes for it, but not sure what they are talking about or which one would fix my problem. I can't logon from either the sqlplus program or the isqlplus webpage. the other two main services are running. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
