ERROR: ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress

Hi Experts.

I am facing the below error when starting database in my local system in sqlplus...

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcratr_nab_less_than_odr], [1],

[234], [45315], [45316], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
