Error Ora-00942 occurring on submit 3rd party application

Hi Community,

I have 3rd party web application BpmonlineCRM deployed on local on-site server and oracle 11g is used as beck-end database.

There is a landing page out side bpmonlineCRM. By using that landing page, users can submit the data into bpmonlineCRM

Issue: Once I try to submit landing page, on browser console below error is occurring and landing page got stuck without successful submission

I'm not sure about this error Ora-00942 and how to resolve.

Web server: IIS 8.5

Database: Oracle 11g

Web application: bpmonlineCRM (ASP.Net)

Any help will be highly appreciable.
