Error ORA-00001

I'm trying to create a new page (which I've done many times!) and getting this error. Any suggestions? I don't have any unique constraints associated with the tables I'm trying to use….

ORA-00001: unique constraint (APEX_230100.WWV_DICTIONARY_CACHE_OBJ_IDX2) violated
