Error opening Oracle*Terminal file %.

Hello,

I am using oracle 10gR2 Forms on Oracle DB 11gR2 resting on  sun solaris sparc 10.

I was able to run the forms application smoothly without any issue.

When i created a test environment with the following particulars:

  1. different woking directory,
  2. different config name
  3. different db instance

on the same formsweb.cfg with the production environment. i gets this error message whenever i tried to call up the test instance of the forms application (Error opening Oracle*Terminal file %.).

I have search the internet but i could not get the one that could help in resolving my issue.

I would really be happy if someone could assist in resolving this issue.
