Error on the error log of the apache

Hi,
my site configuration is an oracle application server is installed on a dell server power edge 2800 type of installation is forms and reports . i am not using all the services i am using only report services and java service.
i am deploying on the java service a java application connect to an oracle database.
at the begining of the project the performance of the application was good but when the number of the conncurent user increased and some enhancement on the application have been done then an unusual slowness on the application appeared. this slowness appear not all the time but it 's now every day. after tracing i found that their is an error in the appache logs as follows:
