Error on step 8 in Lab 1 of the Machine Learning on Autonomous Database Workshop

I'm getting the following error on step 8 in Lab 1 of the Machine Learning on Autonomous Database Workshop:
ORA-20401: Authorization failed for URI - https://objectstorage.us-ashburn-1.oraclecloud.com/n/idfgqpapy3ov/b/adwc/o/credit_scoring_100k.csv ORA-06512: at "C##CLOUD$SERVICE.DBMS_CLOUD", line 1011 ORA-06512: at "C##CLOUD$SERVICE.DBMS_CLOUD", line 2505 ORA-06512: at "C##CLOUD$SERVICE.DBMS_CLOUD", line 2528 ORA-06512: at line 2
Any ideas? The file_uri_list => 'https://objectstorage.us-ashburn-1.oraclecloud.com/n/andrewlynch/adwc/o/credit_scoring_100k.csv',
