Hi,
We have successfully deployed OPA on the OPA hub and run the interview.
The first screen asks for Email, First Name and Last Name, Once we fill out that and click next, we are able to select the car model and the rest of the details on that screen.
Upon clicking on the Submit button on this screen, we keep getting an error as below:
"Error saving Contact. Check you have provided a valid email address that is not in use by another user."
What could be the problem here? What we want to achieve is a scenario whereby Tax payers can log into the system as many times as they wish as this is a customer facing interview, meaning that you cannot restrict log ins to just once.
It seems that OPA is saving the email the first time in the database, but then restricting the use of the same email again.
Anyone familiar with this type of behavior?
