Error on open Cube Viewer

Hi, everyone.

I had installed ORACLE 9i(9.2.0.1) on Windows 2000 AS box. I created an instance of DS using Dataware House option. But while I try to using CV to view the data of the examples which ORACLE provided, system jumps an error message box with no error text.

So anyone had met the same trouble?
