Error on install?

Installing 25.4.1 version of the extension on VS Code 1.110.1 is frequently generating an error:

Capacity must be a positive integer greater than zero
Source: Oracle SQL Developer Extension for VSCode

I think the error does not impact anything, but just wondering if others see the same or if there is a way to deal with this error.
