ERROR OGG-01161 Bad column index (15880) specified for table

My GoldenGate replicat is abending due to the Bad Column Index Error.

We recently added new column to the source/target table and even exception tables. Generated Def files and copied to target server too.

OGG-01161 Bad column index (15880) specified for table CCI.METADOC_DOMAIN, max columns = 9.

Any one have idea on how to troubleshoot the error.
