Error: OCI Call <OCIEnvCreate> for Connection <mydwh> failed: <my_repo>

Hi all,

I am trying to connect an SAP Application (SAP BO Data Services 4.0 - ETL Tool) to a remote oracle repository. SAO BO Data Services is installed locally on my PC (Windows XP 32 bit) and the "Oracle Client" Software for 11g is also installed on my local PC. JAVA_HOME and PATH as Environment Variables are set to the Oracle Client directory. TNSPing for <mydwh> is answering after 60 ms with OK.

The above mentioned error is thrown, after trying to connect to <my_rep> repository.

Any advice how to solve this issue?
