Error - Not enough storage is available to complete the operation.

When I try to open the HFM applications from workspace is says "Not enough storage is available to complete the operation."
Is that error related to the database.
Also When I try to connect to HFM cluster in HFM thick client, it is just progressing but not displaying the HFM applications.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
