ERROR-No ocijdbc11 in java.library.path - Vendor code 0 >>Can you help?

Just installed SQL Developer latest version... Version 2.1.1.64 but get same error when running 1.5

When attempting to connect to a 10g (accepts password) then keep getting returned:
An error was encountered performing the operation No ocijdbc11 in java.library.path - Vendor code 0

Can anyone help?

Please be gentle as I am a novice!

PS: Need to use OCI/Thick otherwise password not recognised
