Error: No Java Virtual Machine Found

Hi,

I tried to install jakarta-tomcat-5.0.28.exe..... But while installing its showing an error message No Java Virtual Machine Found.....
Could you please help me in this regarding? Wht shd do inorder to rectify the error....
