Error: "NegotiateSecurityContext failed with LogonDenied" on SSO with Exchange & IIS Webgate 11g

"Hi Guys!

My environment is as follows

OAM SERVER

- Oracle Access Management 11gR2 (11.1.2.0.0)

- Agent registered in the oam console

WEBGATE HOST

- Windows Server 2012 Standard [64 Bits]

- IIS 8.5

- Microsoft Exchange Server 2013

- WebGate 11g

- Authentication is set as Anonymous on IIS WebSites

I have the following error when authenticating on oam login to enter exchange :

[HttpException (0x80004005): NegotiateSecurityContext failed with LogonDenied]

any ideas or suggestions?
