Error message with some errors numbers

Hello everyone,

I've a problem while executing a procedure. I get the following error:

ORA-20212:

ORA-06512: in "Scheme.SRW", line 648

ORA-29273: HTTP request failed

ORA-06512: in "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1674

ORA-00600:internal error code, arguments: [psdnop-1], [31000], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

ORA-31000: Res

What does that mean? And what should I do?
