Error Message when Importing App from Preprod into Prod environment

Hi All,

I am doing an import of Preprod Application into Production and getting this error. No idea what happened...

But if I import using the option “Automatic assigning new App ID”, it worked.
I checked the “Monitor Activity” Section and got this:

Only I don't have much detail about the error in the yellow highlight (FINAL_EXCEPTION_HANDLER?).

The blue one seems to refer to specific component.

I am Using Apex 19.2 with following Database info: (on premises)

Any idea?
