error message, Jinitiator 1.1.8.2.

I am getting the error message when trying to update my password on a government website, My Invoice. They finally updated the site to the newest Java. So after installing it on my computer and trying to log in I get the message "Install JInitiator 1.1.8.2. or higher". I do not have a clue as to what this means. I have uninstalled and re-downloaded it 3 times. Their tech support I should "Uninstall all Jinitiator, Oracle jInitiator, and JRES2". I don't have that in my uninstall folder only Java. This OS is Vista.
