When i am running a query the system is giving me this error. Can you tell me why is this...?

SQL> @newcallage;
ERROR:
ORA-01135: file 4 accessed for DML/query is offline
ORA-01110: data file 4: 'E:\BIO\TEMP01.DBF'

how can i prevent it and what is the reason for it..
