Error Log in "css.log" file

Hi Everybody,

I am experiencing to launch Oracle XE homepage.
The error as I have read on "css.log" file is as follows:

[OCRUTL][2132] u_set_comp_error: Parameter was NULL
[OCRUTL][2132] u_set_ocr_error: Parameter was NULL
[OCRUTL][2132]utgdv:1:could not open registry key SOFTWARE\Oracle\ocr os error The system couldn't find the environment option that was entered.
[OCRRAW][2132]proprinit: couldn't open raw device
[default][2132]a_init:7!: Backend init unsuccessful : [33]
[CSSCLNT][2132]clsssinit: error(33) in OCR initialization

I have tried to de-install Orcl-XE and downloaded the Western then installing it but it seems the same error occur

Pls anyone help me! Your assist is much appreciated.
