Error loading data in to HFM (via web)

We're getting the follow error when trying to load data in to HFM applications on the Web Interface.

Error Number:500
Error Description:Variable is undefined
Error Source:Microsoft VBScript runtime error
Page On which Error Occurred:/hfm/loadextract/ProcessLoadData.asp

Unsure if this is a permissions issue or an IIS issue, any help with a resolution will be greatly appreciated.

HFM Version: 11.1.3.0.956
