ERROR JMS-125:Invalid Queue specified" while submitting Orders from Siebel

Hi Gurus',

ONe of our customer is using Order2Bill pip.whenever more than five orders are submitted simultaneously from SIebel(some times) ,we are getting the error in Siebel logs"JMS-125:Invalid Queue specified" and there is no error message in OC4j logs.After restarting the the Oc4j its working fine.

pls throw some light on this.
