Error: Java RunTime Environment was not found at \bin\javaw.exe.

Hi Team,

I have downloaded Oracle database 11 g through oracle official site.
While installing the database i was getting error " Java RunTime Environment was not found at \bin\javaw.exe."it shows me to Install JRE on my machine.
I install JRE as well then again shows the same error.
i google it and then got one solution to set the path of JRE in Environment variable.
eg:
C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin.
also set the JDK in class path
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_20\bin

i was wondering whether its JRE problem or database.
Could you please help me to install database on my machine.
As i'm stuck to install from the past 3 days.
