error invoking target install of makefile $ORACLE_HOME/ctx/lib/ins_rdbms.mk

Hi ,
I try to install Oracle 9i on Redhat 9 and during installation have get message like
"Error in invoking target install of makefile /opt/oracle/product/9.2.0/ctx/lib/ins_rdbms.mk" ... and the installation failes .
Some people can help me please
