Error : invalid CEN header

Hi team,

while deploying Application in weblogic we are facing the below error,kindly let us know the root cause.

Message icon - Error Unable to access the selected application.

Message icon - Error Exception in AppMerge flows' progression

Message icon - Error invalid CEN header (bad signature) with : /scratch/oraofss/WLS10360/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/base_domain/servers/AdminServer/tmp/.appmergegen_1564738632271_FCUBSApp.ear/FCJNeoWeb.war
