Error installing TimesTen on Windows 7

I get the following error when I try to install TimesTen 11.2.2.2.0 for Windows (32-bit) on Windows 7: http://i.imgur.com/szzGr.png. After I close the dialog, the installer exits.

The error reads: "Error: -2 The system cannot find the file specified."

I've tried different install options (client, client+server, etc.), but it always gives me this error after I close out of the DCN setup screen. I'm running setup.exe as an administrator.

Any ideas?
